One-on-One Music Therapy Sessions

One-on-one music therapy provides a personalised, goal-directed space to support emotional, physical, cognitive, social, and sensory development, as well as overall wellbeing. It is a multi-sensory, creative, and enjoyable medium that engages the whole person. Each session is tailored to the individual’s strengths, interests, and needs, and aligned with their NDIS goals.

  • NDIS participants

  • Children and young people

  • Adolescents

  • Adults living with disability

  • Stroke and brain injury survivors

  • Individuals undergoing physical or neurorehabilitation

  • Older adults, including people with dementia and other neurodegenerative conditions

  • Individuals navigating mental health challenges

 

Session Elements May Include:

  • Listening to music

  • Singing or vocalising

  • Instrument exploration and play

  • Songwriting

  • Movement to music

  • Music-based technology

  • Music-based mindfulness

  • Neurologic Music Therapy Exercises

 

Sessions may take place in homes or online, depending on need and availability.
